The Kombat Roll Mat is a great-value 3-season sleeping mat made from XPE closed-cell foam. It insulates you from the cold ground, will not puncture like an air mat, and is waterproof, so damp ground is no problem.
At 200g it is easy to strap to the outside of a rucksack, and the subdued olive green colour suits military training and field use.
